The controller of the personal data collected on this site is:

This policy applies to the use of this website. Data we process on behalf of our customers when providing the Virtual Secretary, the WhatsApp Tutor or other services is governed by the contract with each customer, who informs their own users.
What data we process
- Forms: name, company or school, email, phone if you provide it, sector or number of students, your message, language and date of acceptance.
- Chat: the content of your messages, a conversation identifier and the language. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abuse.
- Bookings: the data you enter in the Calendly calendar, if you choose to open it.
- Browsing: technical data logged by the server, such as IP address, date and browser.
Please do not include health data or other sensitive data in the forms or the chat.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. The chat generates answers automatically, but we do not use it to make decisions that have legal effects on you or significantly affect you. We do not use this data to send you advertising without your permission.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We work with website hosting, process automation and artificial intelligence providers, who process it on our instructions and under the corresponding contract.
If you choose to open the booking calendar, your data will also reach Calendly LLC, which processes it under its own terms.
We may also disclose data to the authorities where there is a legal obligation.
International transfers
Our hosting, automation and artificial intelligence providers process data within the European Economic Area.
The only exception is Calendly, based in the United States, and only if you choose to open the calendar. According to its documentation, these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information at contacto@secretalia.com.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing contacto@secretalia.com. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to confirm it.
If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Required data and age
Fields marked as optional can be left blank; without the others we could not handle your request. You must ensure the data is correct and, if it belongs to someone else, that you are allowed to provide it.
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. We may update this policy; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
